Interaction with atazanavir causes increasing the concentration of Raltegravir. The drug Raltegravir is not prevents the CYP1A2, 2B6, 2C8, 2C9, 2C19, 2D6 or 3A. Raltegravir not prevents the P-gp mediated transport. Zepdon 400mg (Raltegravir 400mg) tablets are interaction with rifampin leads to depletion of plasma concentration of Raltegravir. In adult, the usual dose is 400mg of Zepdon 400mg (Raltegravir 400mg) should be given as a two times a day. In pediatrics; 12 years or older: The usual dose is 400mg of Zepdon 400mg (Raltegravir 400mg) should be consumed as two times a day. 6 to less than 12 years of age: At least 25kg: One tablet of Zepdon 400mg (Raltegravir 400mg) 400mg should be taken orally administer as two times a day ≥ 40kg: the drug Zepdon 400mg (Raltegravir 400mg) 400mg should be administered two times a day.
