Dacoplice 45 is a tablet dosage comprising 45mg of an anticancer pharmacologic agent, Dacomitinib that is used primarily in the treatment of a non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). It is an antineoplastic drug, a member of the tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) category, which selectively blocks the aberrant signalling transduction pathways, which promote uncontrolled tumour growth and spread of malignant cells.
